NOTES
- Setup and updating the Cronus Zen requires a computer running Windows.
- There are two models of Cronus Zen. The original 2020 version is micro-USB, and the 2023 version is USB-C. This is the only difference between the two. The firmware and Zen Studio software treats them both the same.
- Some input devices may require a powered USB hub like the Cronus MK Switch if there is not enough power available (you will know if you don't have enough power if the controller does not turn on or randomly disconnects).
- *PS5 Support requires the Cronus ZenLINK Wi-Fi Expansion Module (sold separately).

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Mon - Fri.
USA orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. This does not apply to other countries.
You can cancel or change your order at any time from as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
All international orders may be subject to import fees and taxes. These must be paid by the receiver in their own country.
You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees and pre-programmed GamePacks are not elligible for a refund.
All items have a 90 day warranty against any fault, and a 1 year warranty if purchased with the Cronus Zen White Glove Upgrade Service or one of the exclusive bundle deals.
