Affordable Swap: Just for $19.99 plus return shipping, you can swap out your old Cronus Zen. As a thank you, the new one will boast an extended 1-year warranty!

How to Qualify: If your Cronus Zen has outlived its 90-day warranty, or if you got it from a store that offers a shorter 30-day warranty (like Gamestop), or even if the store's return policy has expired - we've got your back.

Shipping Info: During the checkout process, you'll be prompted to buy a return shipping label. However, this doesn't cover the initial shipping costs when sending the item to us; that part's up to you. If using your local Post Office, it's important to make sure you get a tracking number. And one more thing: you'll see a shipping date during checkout, you can ignore that. We need to receive your package first before the return shipping label becomes "live".

Quick Service: We know you miss your Cronus Zen. That's why, after receiving your unit, we'll hustle to get your replacement out the door within 24 hours.

What to Send: Simply send the Cronus Zen unit. No need for the original box, manual, or cables (but if you’ve got a bad USB cable, send it and we’ll replace that too).

Physical Damage Surcharge: If your Zen has any noticable physical damage to its case, USB ports or LED screen, there will be a $10 surcharge.
