Are you in the USA and have a faulty Cronus Zen but no warranty? No stress! We've setup a mail-in return service for you. We do not care when or where you bought it! Just send the faulty Zen our way and we will swap it with a fully upgraded & tested replacement.

Here's what you get:

  1. A replacement Cronus Zen, fully tested and upgraded with our popular White Glove Upgrade Service ($19.99 value!).
  2. All shipping included: You'll get a return shipping label to send your faulty items to us, and we will ship the replacements to you without any hidden charges!
  3. A 90 day all faults warranty which guarantees a working replacement - we will even pay for the shipping! (This doesn't cover changing your mind).

How It Works:

  1. Mail It In: When you purchase you will be sent a pre-paid USA shipping label. Print the invoice you are emailed and include it in the packaging.
  2. Speedy Service: We understand the Zen-sized gap in your gaming. So, after we receive your package, the replacement will be dispatched within 1 business day. You will receive an email with the tracking number.
  3. Damage Surcharge: If your Zen shows signs of wear like damages to its case, USB ports, or LED screen, there will be a $10 surcharge.

USA orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

You can cancel or change your order at any time from as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

All international orders may be subject to import fees and taxes. These must be paid by the receiver in their own country.

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees and pre-programmed GamePacks are not elligible for a refund.

All items have a 90 day warranty against any fault, and a 1 year warranty if purchased with the Cronus Zen White Glove Upgrade Service or one of the exclusive bundle deals.

I had a issue with not receiving a new zen, come to find out there was a package lost after chatting with a Viking in customer support the man was a huge help and answered every question i asked with the very best attitude imaginable. I definitely recommend this product and company to anyone. 10/10

Bought a Zen on Amazon only to find it faulty and the seller has disapeared - seems like he was selling faulty Zen's. That was over a year ago, then I find this service to replace my faulty Zen for a brand new one for only $20. I sent my Zen to the address I was given and 4 days later I recived a brand new Zen fully working. Brilliant service!!!

I bought a Zen in 2021 from Gamestop and one of the USB ports stopped working after a few months. So I was stuck with a dead Zen and it ended up in the back of a drawer, until last week when i got an email from cronus.shop about their new online location, and one of the news service they were offering was that if you had a faulty Zen, and no matter when, or where you bought it, for a small fee you could send it in and get a replacement shipped out, fully tested with the white glove upgrade service with extended 1 year warranty ($14.99 value). It seemed a bit too good to be true but I figured i'd give it a go. The fee was only $19.99 plus the cost of the return shipping label, i selected USPS priority ($7.92), but there were cheaper options available. I was quickly emailed the instructions and all I had to do ship just the zen and any faulty cables to their warehouse in Virginia. That's the only part they didn't handle for me, I had to pay for my own shipping label at the Post Office $5.76), which was no big deal considering what I was getting in return. I sent the faulty Zen and a bad mini-USB cable last Thursday, it arrived at the warehouse Monday, and the replacement items arrived today, Wednesday and everything works great! I'm already updated with the new PS5 firmware and using Apex Legends BEAM GamePack. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Bravo Cronus! you gained back a loyal customer, I will surely be back for more products in future!
